Merger Project between Gaz De France and SUEZ: the Creation of a Worldwide Energy Leader

On 2 September 2007 the boards of directors of Gaz de France and SUEZ approved the new outline of the merger project between SUEZ and Gaz de France. This project will result in the creation of a leading group in the gas and electric sectors with a global dimension and a strong Franco-Belgian base.
